It was so wonderful to see this family again after meeting them in the hospital last week. Sweet Penelope (Poppy) was already getting bigger and I had such fun with her session and creating a unique theme just for her. Her parents brought in lots of poppy flowers in red and white and I loved getting to incorporate those into her newborn pictures to match her nickname.

She was born early and was still super tiny at just over 4 pounds when she came for her photo session and it was a treat to get to pull peachy colors with pink accents for this sweet girl.

Read MoreAbigail and her family met with me bright and early this last weekend for photos downtown at the Denver Botanic Gardens. We had a perfect morning there for photos with cool weather to start and lots of beautiful flowers at their peek right at the start of the fall season. Abigail was a trooper walking all over the gardens with me and I loved her two outfits for capturing her senior pictures.
