Jennifer Lynn Photography has always put the safety and well-being of children and families first and foremost during any type of photo session.

Life After Covid

Your safety is vitally important, and Covid highlighted the need for greater levels of health awareness and cleaning standards than ever before.

Be assured that I take your personal health seriously. I thank you for your continued support and most importantly, your TRUST in me to preserve memories for your family.

• Studio Cleanliness

  • The studio and waiting areas have always been disinfected thoroughly before and after studio sessions. Additional precautions take place before cake smash sessions to ensure the background and floor is sanitized properly for food consumption.

  • All props are wiped with disinfectant wipes before and after every session, including cake stands, and especially for young children who are prone to putting items in their mouths.

  • All fabrics for newborn sessions are washed with an allergen friendly detergent and are clean before newborns arrive.

  • All pacifiers that I use or provide during newborn sessions are sterilized with boiling water before each use.

  • I wipe all equipment, such as my camera and outside of lenses, before and after sessions.

• Hand Washing

  • I am vigilant in maintaining a hand washing protocol by thoroughly cleaning my hands before sessions, taking extra care before working with babies and newborns.

  • Hand sanitizer is present for use mid-session, especially after changing diapers or wiping babies.

  • The studio has pure baby wipes available that are fragrance free and contain no alcohol.

• Mask Policies

  • I’m happy to wear a close-fitting N95 mask during our sessions should your family express that desire. I understand there are various health needs and concerns that still exist for many individuals and always have a mask available.

  • I ask that all persons who are sick to please wear a mask when reasonably possible while in the studio. Or visit about rescheduling when you and your family are well.

• Group Sizes

  • Immediate family members are welcome in the studio during sessions.

  • For extended family visiting, please directly discuss your situation so adequate precautions and decisions can be made.

• Additional Details

  • I continue to sanitize all equipment, props, and studio areas and have specific hospital grade cleaners for hard surface, high touch areas.

  • Please make sure all family members are healthy and with no fever. If a session needs to be rescheduled due to sickness please let me know as soon as possible. There is no fee to reschedule due to illness.
