We had a beautiful winter afternoon for Julia’s outdoor maternity session. There was still a touch of snow on the ground from our previous large snowstorm, and yet the water feature was still flowing and it wasn’t too cold in the shade. We captured lots of gorgeous pictures of her and her husband to celebrate their first little one who will join them around Christmas this year.

I also enjoyed just getting to visit with him on his upcoming plans for school this next year as he gets ready for his senior year in high school.

The rain held off long enough for us to head out and as the next storm rolled in over the mountains it created some gorgeous skies and cloud formations. Overall I say it was a win for this couple as they eagerly await the arrival of their first baby.
