Avik's 9 Month Baby Milestone Sneak Peek

Avik was back in the studio with his parents for updated baby milestone pictures to capture him now at 9 months old. He was now sitting independently and even holding to stand and we had a lot of fun with some winter pictures this time, including some with the seasonal cocoa cup!

It’s hard to believe how much Avik has grown since I last saw him! He needed pillows and support to sit when we was here for 6 month pictures and now he was fully stable and incredibly curious about the studio, lights, and everything happening around him.

He had an adorable little suit for his first sets of pictures with a winter theme in blue, white, and silver. He really liked the lantern with lights and we also got a few of him sitting in front of a cedar sled. His parents also sat with him for a great family portrait before we change his outfit for the cocoa cup.

Avik happily sat in the cup as we gave him puff snacks to nibble. He was a perfect fit and I love how we changed of some “hot chocolate” signs and ornaments for some really fun and festive photos!

His parents also selected the planets background for Avik’s final pictures and he had a great cable knit sweater and jeans to coordinate. By now he was fully vested in the snacks, and so long as we kept offering puffs we were able to get quick pics of him laying down and even doing tummy time

It was so fun to see his family again, especially to capture these precious holiday memories. And I can’t wait to see them again in a few months when we celebrate Avik’s first birhtday!
