Amara's First Birthday Sneak Peek

It’s been a year since I last saw this sweet girl and Amara has grown into one truly happy baby! She was all smiles during her first birthday session, and she enjoyed tasting cake, crawling around, and bopping the balloons. A great way to spend a birthday!

Amara had two adorable dresses for her session, and we started with a peach colored one in tulle. She absolutely loved sitting like a big girl in the curved white chair and grinned at her parents and me as she swung her legs. She loved that chair so much we just had to get a second set of photos with it in her white dress.

After some puffs and snacks, Amara was beyond ready to get the freedom to dig into her cake. Her favorite part had to the gold ONE topper, and she spent a great deal of time using it to gather icing and then licking it off.

She also tried to crawl around a bit and play with the balloons or even share her cake with me. She was so joyful and happy that we were all laughing. And it was the perfect balance of smashing and eating.

It was such fun to see this family again and I wish Amara a huge happy birthday! Enjoy that cake!
