Miro's First Birthday Sneak Peek

Miro had a fabulous first birthday celebration in the studio last week, complete with airplanes, aviator hat, and ending with rubber duckies and a splash bath. He’d do anything for a snack, so he also enjoyed lots of treats while we photographed this very special milestone.

His parents had requested the airplanes and hot air balloon background for Miro’s first set of pictures. He had an adorable little outfit with suspenders and bow tie, plus they brought a pilot hat with goggles. Miro rocked that adorable hat and even kept it on for most all of those pictures.

We snagged a quick family photo, too, before changing over to the splash bath celebration, and Miro had the best smiles for when he got to be in the picture with mom and dad.

Our final background was one of my favorites - the blue bath time scene with rubber duckies. Miro LOVED the little tub and quietly sorted ducks at the beginning. Then they went in his mouth and he got giddy with excitement over the freedom of being in the tub. He splashed, laughed, babbled, and overall had a blast!

I wish Miro a very happy birthday, and was so glad I got to be part of preserving such special memories.
