Yazin's Car Themed Newborn Sneak Peek

Yazin came in with his family for his newborn session and I got to experiment with several fun new themes. His mom had sent me some cute digital backgrounds and we liked one in particular with trains around a basket. Since Yazin’s father works on cars, we decided to put a new twist on the theme and change from trains to cars.

I created my own type of “digital background” in advance so I had the time to get the cars just right, using an adorable wooden Melissa and Doug set, and then during Yazin’s session I photographed him in the same basket. I combined the images and create the magic in Photoshop later, and I love how it turned out! Plus, I got to incorporate all the cute little cars throughout the remainder of the session which turned out to be adorable. I especially loved the spur of the moment idea to lay them on his back while he slept on the beanbag.

Yazin’s mom brought in several special items to incorporate for her son, including a custom wooden sign with his name in Arabic, a wrap that read “little brother”, and a personalized blanket. It’s always so enjoyable to add in unique elements for babies that are special to a family and their own story. Yazin’s two older sisters were great listeners for their part in sibling and family pictures and I can tell they love their new little brother quite a bit. A huge congrats to this family on your new little one and thank you for allowing me to be part of preserving these special memories.
