Rosamund's Newborn Sneak Peek

It was time for sweet Rosamund’s newborn session in the studio! After maternity pictures and getting to meet her in the hospital, it was so exciting to have her family in the studio for her special newborn debut. We pulled out all the flowers and feminine props and I even had some real roses to celebrate.

Rosy was still such a tiny little girl and she was such a snuggler during her newborn photos. We started with a beautiful background with a flower lined path and I had fun adding in flowers, both real and fake, in many of her pictures.

We kept the garden background for her bucket poses and a few of her tucked in to a heart basket. She didn’t mind if she was wrapped up or in the bucket on her tummy as long as she was warm. And she was so adorable in all the flower hats and headbands with the pink roses as an extra touch.

After family pictures with her mom and dad we captured a few special ones with a white fuzzy wrap and bunny ear bonnet. I loved adding the pink roses to those and then along her back for the special bean bag poses. Her parents also had a special pair of baby booties that we took a few pictures with as those have been a part of their pregnancy journey.

For final touches we took a special picture with the roses and swing, which I think turned out to be my favorite photo. Perfect rosy touches for sweet Rosamund.

It’s been such a joy to get to meet this family and be part of their newborn journey. Enjoy this sneak peek and I hope to see you all again soon!
