Kenna's 9 Month Sneak Peek

Kenna is now a whole 9 months old, and was back in the studio for her milestone session. Since it’s summertime her mom picked several adorable summery outfits that we realized all fell in a “fruit theme” but the watermelon and peach vibes were perfect for her new photos.

Kenna had a green and pink plaid watermelon dress that was a great match to my watermelon and sunflower background. She took a minute to get used to the studio again as she’s truly a momma’s girl. But with mom close by she got more and more relaxed and we even got a few quick smiles with our first set.

Each time she’s here we take an updated photo of her in the family cookpot, and this may be the last time she fits! She had her very own whisk and measuring cup to play with and with those in hand she was happy to giggle and wave them around.

We also captured a few of her adorable baby rolls while she sat on a soft blanket (still with her cooking utensils, of course). At one point we tried to get a photo without them and were quickly told no, but gosh was she cute when she got her favorite toys back!

We then kept with the fruit theme and did a lovely and simple white with peach accents to coordinate with her peach top. She loved sorting the peaches, using her utensils, and then we ended with a lovely quick splash bath in the smaller baby tub. She was so content and truly happy, even giving us giant smiles and a few splashes as we ended!

What a fun way to conclude a session with baby laughs! I can’t believe how big sweet Kenna is getting and soon the next time I’ll see her will be for her first birthday - yay!
