Bella's Mermaid Sneak Peek

It was so great to see this family again, especially to see how much Bella has grown in the last year! She returned to celebrate her 4th birthday and she picked a mermaid theme this time around, complete with an awesome mermaid ballerina dress with teal tulle skirt. Of course we had to go all out on the mermaid theme and I had such fun with this sweet girl during her session.

I loved setting up this special scene for Bella! I pulled out my pirate coins, now mermaid treasure, along with some clear gems. I added shells and white and gold pearl necklaces with other gold décor. We really turned it all into a mermaid grotto fit for the almost four year old princess.

Bella had such fun showing off her ballerina twirls and spins. She loved getting on the floor and checking out all the mermaid treasure, and she tried several different chairs and stools just because it was fun!

She also remembered that the last time she was here I had a little tea set for her to play with. I was so surprised she had remembered but I definitely pulled it out upon her request. She took making the lemon tea very seriously, even when we joked with her how sour that tea would taste. Then she got some special moments with both mom and dad serving them tea.

We finished with some fun bubble blowing (dad being a trooper and holding the bottle so nothing spilled on Bella’s dress). Bella and family then got some nice portraits before ended with a final ballerina twirl.

I wish sweet Bella the happiest birthday and am so glad I got to be part of these special memories! I hope for a wonderful mermaid birthday with family, friends, and cake!
