Sloane's Newborn Sneak Peek
Sloane did an amazing job sleeping away during her big newborn photo session. We did gorgeous colors in green and blue, which I so love on little girls, along with some purple flowers and accents. She even got to be the first little one to use the new plum colored fabric along with some special Aggie pictures.
When we started with the moon prop, I had dad come in to spot Sloane while I was photographing. Then I noticed he had an Aggie ring and we both laughed when we realized we’d been at Texas A&M at the same time. That made for 2 Aggie newborns in a row! So of course we had to capture a few Aggie photos with her dad’s ring and maroon and white colors.
I loved pulling out the mint and blue colors for Sloane and creating somethign special for her with some purple accents. She slept away in all the props and during her parent pictures, allowing us to even add a quick picture in the heart shaped bowl.
Right at the end when we’d finished she started to stir and we decided to attempt the one last chin-in-hands pose since we’d completed all the other poses. She was a true sport to give us that one final photo before snuggling up with mom.
It was such fun to visit with her parents on our similar connections during our time taking Sloane’s photos. I can’t wait to share this special sneak peek with them of their precious baby girl!
