Willow's First Birthday Celebration and Splash Bath

Miss Willow is celebrating her first birthday and I was so excited to see her and the family again for these special milestone photos. We last took pictures when she was barely sitting up, and now she’s walking all over and full of new smiles and a budding personality. And she’s still as adorable as ever!

Willow’s mom wanted to keep the simple white theme we had used before but with some flower and plant type accents. I absolutely love how the theme came together in a new way that was just for Willow with the lights, flowers, and gold frame behind her. And it coordinated with her gardening type outfit for the first sets ofphotos.

She also had a sweet yellow dress and we captured photos of her on the curved white bench as last time. Now the family has a great set of photos to show how much Willow has grown over the last few months!

We also celebrated with a classic white splash bath with rubber duckies instead of doing a cake smash. I so enjoy these milk baths for babies as all kids know what bath time looks like and have fun playing in the water and moving the ducks around. Willow even gave us some great smiles at the end and I’m so happy we captured that sweet smile for her parents.

A very happy first birthday to you, Willow! I wish you and your family all the best with your upcoming move and I hope our paths cross again for photos down the road.
