Hollins Newborn Sneak Peek

Meet Hollins Kash, the newest little boy to visit me this week for his newborn session. I just love his name and how unique it is, plus I enjoyed chatting with his mom about how they picked it. I always love hearing about how parents choose names for their kids and hearing the stories behind the process. It’s something we parents can all related to in selecting the perfect name.

Hollins was a dream baby for his session and slept all the way through the two hours. His mom wanted to use classic neutrals for him in cream, grey, and tan. I was actually quite excited to add in some brown and tan colors as it’s been such a long time since I had the chance to use a few particular hats and blankets. Some I’d purchased for my own son a few years ago and I love sharing those with other families. Hollins had a great little head of hair, too, so I captured many images without hats or props that just showcased his features.

I also have to brag about how awesome his big sister did for these photos. She was an amazing listener who was so gentle with her brother and let me sit her in a few places around the moon prop. She gave sweet impromptu hugs to her brother, too. My favorite is of the siblings laying on the fur blanket together and capturing her sweet smile in between giggles over showing me her belly.

A big congrats to this family on your newest little one! Both your children are absolutely precious and I’m honored to be part of these special memories.
