Bouterse Cousin Sneak Peek

These cousins were finally all together for the first time and the family wanted to mark this special occasion with photos. All three of them were such happy babies and toddlers that it made for a fun session with lots of smiles.

I had photographed one of the cousins, Ellery, as a newborn, and it was exciting to see her and how much she’d grown in the last few months! And this time she had her two cousins in tow. Amelia is almost 2 and was such an amazing helping holding her cousins and following directions. And Slate was overall just his happy and content self as we captured portraits of all kids together.

Amelia was able to help support or hold the babies but we also got a few of her alone. She had such adorable sneaky smiles and loved trying out all the different chairs in the studio.

The two babies needed a bit of support still as they aren’t quite sitting up unassisted, so I pulled out baskets and buckets to help. They both were truly happy with big smiles and even rocked at their tummy time pics.

At the end we had each parent hold their little one - so each of grandma’s kids holding their own kid. What an amazing and special photo to commemorate and preserve these memories.
