Drumm Family Sneak Peek

This family gathered together last week for photos with grandparents, cousins, siblings, you name it! After wondering about possible rain that evening we ended up with the most perfect night with a gorgeous sunset and clouds as we walked around 17 Mile capturing photos for this extended family.

First of all, any time you gather lots of kids together and have a new element like a photographer and wide open spaces, it can be hard to get everyone in one place for the tried and true “extended family photo”. But these kids truly were amazing! The older girls helped with their younger sisters, and the boys were fantastic listeners. It make for a fun evening as they kids got to relax and enjoy the experience.

Plus we got great photos of all the cousins with their grandparents and just the grandparents with their own grown sons. The kids walked all over the area and we got several extended family photos of everyone at the barn and then with a sunset behind the property fence.

I also love that the kids got to be themselves and I snuck in some individuals of each child along with some sibling photos. The older sisters also held the littles’ hands as we walked placed and I snagged a priceless photo of each set of sisters that I can’t wait to share with the family later.

Overall we couldn’t have asked for better weather and it was a joy to get to capture this family’s love for the evening.
