Braxton Sneak Peek

Braxton came in over the weekend for baby photos celebrating his very first birthday. He was just adorable with his big blue eyes and happy grin. And there is something extra precious about a little guy in suspenders. He sure kept me on my toes with his quick crawling, but we got some adorable photos for his parents to commemorate such a special occasion.

Braxton really loved my wooden letters that spell out "ONE". He even found out you could hold more than one and bang them together which made for some great photos of him with a big smile. I also captured him in my big white chair for a few photos and then corralled him in one of my wooden crates. He decided he was more fascinated with standing in the crate and climbing out, but puffs were a great food distraction along with my straw hat and wooden letters. 

We ended with a wardrobe change into an adorable jacket with ears on the hood. He was just about done with me and my clicking camera at this point, but I love the images we got of him exploring my moon prop and playing with some toys. As a mom myself, I love those images of my kids looking down and seeing those little chubby cheeks and lashes. Those precious features disappear so fast you soon forget! I did get one awesome photo at the end of him looking at the camera with a big gummy grin - I'll save that one for his parents when I send the gallery. 

A big thanks to Braxton for being such an awesome trooper for his studio session! And to his parents for allowing me to preserve these special memories of your little guy.
