Emi's Valentine Newborn Sneak Peek

This sweet girl was born on Valentine’s Day, and I absolutely loved when her mom asked if we could do a Valentine theme for Emi’s session. I had such fun gathering all my hearts, pink props, flowers, and some of my Valentine décor to make her session special and it was a joy bringing it all together for her newborn session.

I’ve know this family since big brother’s newborn session and had the priveledge of also capturing his first birthday cake smash. So it was a joy to see this family again as they now welcome baby Emi and I captured these new memories for them as a family of four.

Emi was a true sweetheart and was an excellent little model for all her Valentine’s photos. I had my LOVE sign pulled out, lots of felted hearts for her to hold, and my pink headbands and hats. Plus I found some heart shaped cookie cutters that proved to be a fun addition to several images as I could place them around props or rest one on her tiny back.

I also made sure to use my heart bowl and sprinkled heart Valentine stickers on the floor for a special touch. When I say I had fun creating and brainstorming ideas for this theme, I truly mean it! It was such a fun way to celebrate her birthday and still keep things focused on her and still include some classic newborn images.

I wish this family a huge congratulations on baby Emi and can’t wait to share this little peek into her very Valentine’s newborn session.
