Natalia was one happy, smiley little girl during her 6 month photos! She truly was a happy baby who loved playing with the pearl beads, sitting with her sister, and then crawling around in the lace curtains. What a fun and special way to capture this sitter stage!

We started with sister pictures while everyone was in a great mood and excited to get dressed up. Her older sister, Amalia, was so sweet showing Natalia the beads and how to pull them out of the lantern. And she was a great model for the two backgrounds to make sure everything was ready before her baby sister’s turn.

Natalia did a great job sitting unassisted and then also loved holding her toes while on her back. I think those are some of my favorite photos of babies - the ones where they are grabbing their feet and just laying on the floor. I guess that’s why there’s a yoga pose just like that called “happy baby!”

Our final background was a simple white setup with lace curtains. Her mom had sent some inspiration photos that she liked, so I bought some white curtains and hung them low so Natalia could sit in them. She so enjoyed rolling around in them and we let her play with the pearls some more. Plus she even lay upside down on the boppy pillow to give her mom the actual inspiration photo that started it all!
