Emmett's Newborn Sneak Peek

This little guy came quite a bit earlier than expected, but he was perfect, sleepy, and a wonderful little model for his big newborn photo debut. It just must have been his time and he was ready to greet the world, and I was so glad to get to spend the afternoon with him and his family.

Emmett’s family opted for classic boy colors in blue and grey that would compliment their home and nursey. They really loved the sleepy caps and bear hats, plus the tiny teddy bears we used in several photos with different buckets and poses.

It was also shared that Emmett’s nursery was in green and cream colors, so for a very special photo we brought out greens and my “jungle vines”. Emmett was so tiny that he was perfect fit inside the wooden heart bowl and I’m so glad we were able to do a pop of green just for mom.

He was comfortable snuggling on the moon prop, in a bucket with his chin on his wrists, and even was so sleepy at the end that we were able to take several images to composite for the froggie pose. I gave mom a quick training on my camera on the tripod, and she did a fabulous job capturing the various images I need to piece that special image together.

A big congrats to this family on your sweet little boy! And thank you for letting me preserve these special memories.
