Archer's Newborn Boy Sneak Peek
This handsome little chunk was a dream baby for his newborn photos earlier this week. And his older sisters were so precious and curious about the photo process and how I was taking care of their brother, plus gave great smiles for their sibling pictures.
As I was setting up for Archer’s session prior to the families arrival, I pulled up the little questionnaire to double check his name spelling and weight to make sure I prepped props safely. I admit I did a double take when I saw his birth weight was 9 lbs 7 oz! But he had the best rolls on his back and chubby cheeks, and slept the entire time no matter the pose or prop.
Archer’s sisters asked me all kinds of super important questions about hats for him, making sure he was snuggled when wrapped, made sure that I knew how to handle him if he cried. At the end the younger even asked me if I was now going to keep her brother and I had to chuckle a little and then reassure her that her brother would in fact be going home with her. (I’m not sure if that was good news or not.)
I think my favorites of Archer were at the very end when I tried out a new little pant and suspender outfit. Archer was adorable on his back in the ‘huck finn’ pose wearing the grey and white stripped pants and sleepy cap.
A big congrats on the newest addition to your family! I enjoyed all your kids and hope to see you again to preserve more memories!
