Bodie had an awesome senior session with me over the weekend and after an initial reschedule due to weather, I’d say we pulled off a great session for him. Bodie especially wanted a few photos with his car and I must say I was in awe when I saw his vintage truck that he and his dad have rebuilt together. I told him my three year old son would be screaming with joy to see a truck like this as it’s exactly like the “little blue truck” from his favorite book, except it was red! I tried to really capture some fun images for Bodie that had a similar vintage vibe and I just love how they turned out.

The weather turned out to be great this particular afternoon with lots of cloud cover. We kept running into high winds and rain showers in the evenings thanks to it being July in Colorado, so we changed course and did a session midafternoon. So even though it was a bit on the hot side, we still lucked out with a perfect day with little wind and a beautiful blue sky. It was also exciting to see this family again as I had the honor of taking their older daughter’s senior pictures a few years ago where she incorporated her dirt bike. What a fun and awesome family to do such neat mechanics and activates with their kids!

A big thank you to this family for trusting me with more senior pictures of your children. While we had to navigate Covid and weather, I think we still came out on top with awesome pictures for Bodie.
